Meet The Solar Integrity Team

Solar Integrity is owned by Brett Emo, Luke Fraser and Bobbi McKibbin.  Combined we have over 35 years’ experience and in all different aspects of renewable energy industry and small business management.

We employ our own accredited solar installers and electrical apprentices.  We do not subcontract our solar installations like many other companies. This allows us to have greater insight into our quality control measures and training of our team.

For our hot water installations we have a carefully chosen small network of installers across the region.  This network was developed in our hot water project of 2019/20.  It allowed for us to service our customers broadly and efficiently.  There are a number of photos required for the hot water rebates, this also feeds in to our quality assurance practices.  Even though your hot water installation is contracted out you still remain our customer, therefore if you have any issues at all you only have 1 party to communicate with.

Our team is dedicated to both professional and personal development and participate in regular trainings including product and industry training to health and safety.  We are proud that our team easily adapted to the challenges thrown at us in 2020 with the smoke from the bushfires to the Covid-19 pandemic.  This was largely due to safety in the workplace being a part of our culture.

Meet The Owners

Luke Fraser – Installation & New Technologies Manager

Luke is a born and bred Tallangatta boy. Luke started his electrical apprenticeship with Bobbi & Brett’s previous business, through his apprenticeship Luke learnt installing every kind of solar system possible, even converting a horse float to an off-grid system. Once Luke completed his apprenticeship he moved to Sydney for 18 months before returning to the border. In Sydney Luke gained extensive experience in solar hybrid systems (battery backup), with brands like Tesla and LG.  Luke loves his off-grid systems, something he missed while in Sydney.  Luke has extensive knowledge in all things solar, he also has great ideas on energy efficiency and energy management, in any scenario be it residential, commercial or industrial.

In 2018 Luke was awarded the Clean Energy Council’s Installer of the Year award for Best Solar PV System Design and Installation under 30kw Grid Connect Power System with Battery Backup, this award was in relation to the Ben Valley SWER Micro Grid Project in Yackandandah.

Brett Emo – Sales, Project & Procurement Manager

Brett grew up in the Goulbourn Valley, and moved to Albury Wodonga in 2004. Brett joined the renewable energy industry when he & Bobbi bought a share of Anything Solar in Wodonga in 2009. Brett, started on the tools by assisting with solar installations, he very quickly learnt the ropes to become an excellent sales person with extensive technical knowledge. Brett is also keen to assist the local community and offers extensive technical assistance to local community groups. Brett is passionate about his customers and works to see the best possible outcome for them ensuring they get a great return on their investment.

Bobbi McKibbin – Business & Community Engagement Manager

Born and bred a local girl in Yackandandah, Bobbi has been in and around the solar industry since 2006, cutting her teeth in energy efficiency, after all the cheapest power is the power you don’t use.  In 2007 she started working for a local solar company where she found her passion.  In 2009 she became part owner in Anything Solar in Wodonga. Bobbi loves being able to assist people with reducing their energy usage be it through energy efficiency or solar power and hot water recommendations. Bobbi is also a founding volunteer member for local community energy group Renewable Albury Wodonga Energy, a local organization currently exploring medium sized solar farm installations. She also actively assists other community energy organisations from around Australia.  Bobbi is also a great advocate for the renewable energy sector and as a result has held a volunteer position on the Clean Energy Council’s Installer Reference Group and also the Victorian Governments Solar Victoria Industry and Consumer Reference Group.

In 2019 Bobbi was award the SolarCutter of the year award.  This award is an industry peer award and was awarded based on Bobbi’s above and beyond approach and lobbying the Victorian Government in a state of crisis as the Victorian solar industry ground to a halt when the government put its rebate program on hold for 3 months.
